Dealing With Frustration

Life is full of ups and downs and with those ups and downs come a range of emotions. It seems that once you start experiencing an emotion it tends to linger for awhile. It’s almost as if you continue to revisit a particular emotion until you have learned to master it. Until you are controlling it and it is no longer controlling you.

Dealing with frustration is well, frustrating. More than any other emotion, frustration comes with such a wide array of reactions- anger, determination, hopelessness, disgust. Frustration causes such highs and lows and they can come all in the same day.
